FRANCIS YEATMAN
CEO
Francis has worked in agriculture as both a farmer and consultant. He has 48 years of experience in farming, soil science, and agronomy, and holds a Diploma in Agriculture.
Francis's deep understanding of soil dynamics and dedication to sustainable agricultural practices have been instrumental in transforming the way farmers address challenging soil conditions. His work has garnered recognition, not just for its innovative approach but for its tangible impact on crop yields and soil health.
RON HEWAT
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Ron is responsible for the financial aspects of the business together with the operational management and distribution of products. His commitment to developing international and Sub-Saharan African markets has resulted in extensive product trials in these areas.
Ron has 50 years banking experience in senior management positions and holds a Diploma in Banking. He has also farmed livestock and various crops for 14 years.
KENT YEATMAN
CONSULTANT
Kent joined the company in October 2019 and is active in the field with farmers consulting on crop management strategies, conducting soil health and leaf assessments, and overseeing satellite crop monitoring.
Kent is actively involved in all marketing aspects of the business and developing product distribution pipelines.
Kent holds a BSc Physiotherapy degree.
PRODUCTION AND SUPPORT TEAM
Kathryn Jansen Van Rensburg is responsible for accounts and statutory financial returns.
Faye Attlee mans reception, product order administration and despatch.
Factory operations are ably run by Thulane Mchunu, Noxolo Mpembe and Bonginkosi Ncwane.
Nonkululeko Mchunu is our Stores Controller.
